| UIS will inform you after application screening is done. Those who passed the screening will have an interview and a writing test later.
In some cases.UIS may ask you to modify your documents or rewrite them. ② UIS will prepare "APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY" for VISA. |

| UIS will submit all necessaly documents for certificate of Eligibility to Nagoya Immigration office. | December 20th |

| UIS will inform you of the result through the related schools,
when Certificate of Eligibility has been issued. UIS will also send a copy of
certificate of Eligibility (PDF), Admission certificate (PDF) and a notice about payment to you through the related schools. UIS will be in touch with you for the entry schedule and guidance of tuition remittance. If you don't have your passport, please prepare for it in advance. |

| When you receive Eligibility Certificate,
please apply for the entry VISA at the Japanese embassy or consulate. After you get a VISA, you prepare yourself for you new life in Japan. UIS staff will prepare your apartment to live in Japan. |
